Problem
OutWellness ATX, an inclusive wellness center and gym for the LGBTQ+ community, needed a website revamp to increase lead generation and better represent their inclusive brand.
Process
I partnered with Chien Industries, who focused on refining the messaging and copy, while I led the site's redesign. I created the sitemap, wireframes, and user flows, then designed high-fidelity mockups in Figma and developed the site in WordPress. The experience was rebuilt to guide users clearly through services, reinforce inclusivity, and improve SEO and mobile performance.
Outcome
The new site delivers a welcoming, user-friendly experience that highlights OutWellness ATX’s mission and offerings, while improving clarity, engagement, and lead-generation potential.
