Project Details
Problem
The Construction Intern Awards website needed a complete redesign to better engage a younger audience and reflect the energy of the competition. The existing site didn’t resonate strongly with Millennials and Gen Z or fully showcase the excitement and impact of the program.
Process
I collaborated closely with the Marketing team to redesign the website with a more modern, engaging look and feel. The work focused on creating a visually compelling experience that appealed to younger audiences while clearly communicating the competition, highlighting interns and contractors, and supporting submissions and voting.
Outcome
The redesigned website delivered a more vibrant, youth-focused experience that increased engagement and better represented the spirit of the awards. The updated design helped elevate the program’s visibility and reinforced its role in celebrating the next generation of construction professionals.
